Oneworld Hanxin College and Bodhi Meditation Charity Foundation Enter Fourth Year of Cooperation
Oneworld Hanxin College and Bodhi Meditation Charity Foundation recently held a signing ceremony for their 2026 scholarship agreement. The two parties have been working together since 2023, now entering their fourth cooperation cycle. Mr Tan, MD of Oneworld Hanxin College, thanked the foundation for providing scholarships to academically excellent students from impoverished families, enabling them to pursue their studies with peace of mind and determination.At the ceremony, he said that the two parties have jointly supported more than twenty students, which is not just a number, but a turning point in the lives of more than twenty families. Students who received scholarships two years ago have now successfully graduated, entered society, and are working diligently and shining brightly in their respective fields.
"Faced with the pressures brought by the current economic and international situation, the importance of educational support is highlighted, and it is recommended to expand the scale of funding. Finally, we appeal to students and society to participate in mutual assistance and public welfare to promote a more harmonious social development."
Ling Shan, Chairman of the Bodhi Meditation Charity Foundation, pointed out that in the four years since the project was launched, a total of RM600,000 has been provided in the first three years, with an additional RM200,000 this year, bringing the total to RM800,000.
He emphasized the importance of the educational support project, not only alleviating the burden on students and their families but also providing them with the opportunity to continue their studies and confidence in the future. Through this support, students can complete their studies more smoothly, and their families also benefit, creating a positive impact.
